Eckart von Malsen

Trained as German lawyer after studies in Heidelberg, Barcelona and Munich, 

Eckart  von Malsen is member of the Munich and Paris bar since 20 years. 

In the past, he worked for the United Nations in Central America and Africa, as consultant in Brussels and Paris  and as VP European Affairs for a major European healthcare company. 

Through this variety of international professional experiences he is able to quickly grasp 

complex legal situations and advise companies and individual clients on the right strategy.

He is also a passionate teacher at the Catholic University of Lille and selected business schools, where he teaches Master students courses on Ethics and Compliance, Sustainability and International Law. 

Eckart von Malsen speaks and writes English, French, Spanish and German, his mother tongue He is vice president of the French German Real Estate Association CFAI,and member of the     German compliance association DICO.
